Customer Acknowledgment and Certification

By purchasing any item from Statesman Armament, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

1) In accordance with our Shipping Policy, STATESMAN ARMAMENT WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP ANY MERCHANDISE TO: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington. If you make a purchase and try to ship to a state that we do not ship to, your order will be canceled and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2) In accordance with our Firearm Transfer Policy: Statesman Armament's "Local Islander 4473 Transfer Special" is a geographic promotional FFL transfer rate of $15 per firearm and is limited to, and exclusively for, non-seasonal residents living within zip codes 04627, 04645, 04650, 04681, 04683. This promotional rate represents a 94% discount from our regular transfer fee of $250.

3) The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Statesman Armament and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction. The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.

4) The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Statesman Armament and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Statesman Armament.

5) Statesman Armament does not transfer NFA items locally.

6) Statesman Armament reserves the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at any time.
